Abstract: The construction of the business environment in our country has taken "streamlining management and serving" as the starting point, relaxed market access, and made significant reforms to the rules and regulations of various explicit elements of the company. For example, the company's domicile adopts commitment registration, and the explicit elements are generally in a state of dissolution, achieving significant results in the growth of market entities. The theoretical reasons for the disappearance of explicit elements include postmodern philosophy, deconstruction of human subjectivity, information society and corporate contract theory, which work together to deconstruct complete, rational, and coherent subjects. In the new round of corporate institutional construction, it is necessary to base ourselves on China's basic national conditions, respond to the needs of the times and society, fully value the role of technology, and build a comprehensive and open institutional system.
