Abstract: This article deeply explores the logical path, value implications, and implementation path of how the spirit of educators leads the growth of college counselors. First, the article provides an in-depth analysis of the logical approach through which educator spirit guides the growth of university counselors, examining the tripartite necessity of history, reality, and profession, as well as how educator spirit serves as an invaluable spiritual asset for the professional development of counselors. Secondly, the value implications of the spirit of educators in guiding the growth of university counselors are discussed in detail from four aspects: belief shaping, moral enhancement, intellectual expansion, and benevolence cultivation. Finally, the article proposes a specific implementation path guided by the spirit of educators, stimulating the internal driving force of counselors' self-growth, constructing a professional growth system, improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education work, and continuously enhancing the level of teacher ethics as the core.
