Abstract:
In the process of global modernization, the conflict in the distribution of spatial interests in eco-cities is mainly manifested in the encroachment and competition of various stakeholders for limited space resources, resulting in the privatization of public space, the homogenization of urban space, the capitalization of natural space, and the hierarchical of social space, resulting in the damage of the rights and interests of eco-city space. The root cause of this conflict is the contradiction between the diversity of limited space resources and the increasing demand, behind which is the inducement of capital, power coercion and political planning. The ecological urban space is based on the value appeal of protecting the rights of ecological urban space, respecting the equality of urban people's rights, and safeguarding the ecological rights and interests of the city. Constructing an evaluation standard with people's satisfaction as the core, a social organization based on the people's interests, a core content guided by the people's needs, and an implementation path with the people's collaborative participation as the starting point, and promoting the high-quality development of eco-cities are the practical needs of improving the modernization level of urban spatial governance, and also the due meaning of the proposition of realizing common prosperity, which clearly reflects the value care and practical quality of the people-centered eco-city construction concept.
