Abstract:
From the perspective of urban residents, the theory of planned behavior, norm activation model and social exchange theory were integrated to build a model of influencing factors of urban residents' e-waste resource utilization behavior. Structural equation model and other research methods were used for analysis. The results showed that residents' resource utilization intention was influenced by resource utilization attitude, perceived behavior control, personal norms, social pressure and perceived loss, and the influence decreased from large to small. Partial variables of the integrated model were influenced by gender, age and education level. In view of these, the following suggestions were put forward: Carry out publicity and education on resource utilization;Establish a sound network system for resource utilization;Standardize the market order for resource utilization.
