Abstract: Artificial intelligence is able to understand the world, engage in logical reasoning, and adapt to changing conditions because of its fundamental framework, which includes epistemological learning ability, deontological reasoning ability, and ontological adaptability. The concept of "Being" in modern times has undergone three major transformations from the "Being" of natural philosophy to the "Being" of ontology, from the "Being" of ontology to the "Being" of epistemology, and from the "Being" of epistemology to the "existence" of ontology, providing a philosophical foundation for the learning ability, reasoning ability, and adaptability of artificial intelligence and promoting the occurrence of the artificial intelligence revolution.
