Abstract:
While the economy in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has achieved rapid development, local governments have taken many measures to address the ecological and environmental problems it has caused. Although effective results have been achieved, differences in environmental administrative law enforcement governance goals among local governments, inadequate environmental administrative law enforcement mechanisms, insufficient environmental administrative law enforcement supervision, and insufficient diversity of environmental administrative law enforcement participants are still obstacles to the further development of regional environmental administrative law enforcement integration. The solution to the aforementioned dilemma lies in a systematic perspective, working together from both macro and micro perspectives. From a macro perspective, establish local economic assistance mechanisms to achieve convergence of law enforcement goals; Establish a sound environmental administrative law enforcement mechanism to promote the integration of law enforcement; From a micro perspective, by strengthening the environmental law enforcement and supervision of enterprises themselves, a collaborative force is formed; Establish an incentive mechanism for corporate environmental law enforcement to promote diversity of participants. This promotes the resolution of the dilemma of integrated environmental administrative law enforcement in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, and provides new impetus for the coordinated development of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.
