Abstract:
The "Fengqiao Experience" originated in the Fengqiao town in Zhuji, Zhejiang province. Its original connotation was "To mobilize and rely on the masses, to insist on not turning over conflicts to the authorities, so as to solve them on the spot." After several decades of development, "Fengqiao Experience" has been innovatively adopted in the process of social governance in the new era, and gradually introduced into the scope of colleges and universities' management. At present, it has been introduced into colleges and universities in Beijing, which plays an important role in solving the problems of teachers and students, and has become a powerful focal point in exploring and applying the "Fengqiao Experience" in colleges and universities in the new era. This paper expounds on the internal relationship between the "Fengqiao Experience" and "immediate response to complaints" in colleges and universities, analyzes the present situation and shortcomings of the work of "immediate response to complaints" in colleges and universities in Beijing, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement and ideas for future development. This paper probes into the advantage path of promoting the practice development of "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era by taking the work of "immediate response to complaints".
