Abstract: Social governance community is a new concept put forward by the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.From the perspective of various elements of governance, we can make a systematic theoretical interpretation of social governance community.From the perspective of governance subject, social governance community is an action collective composed of multiple subjects.From the perspective of governance object, the object governed by social governance community contains various elements of social system.From the perspective of governance mode, the community of social governance should always adhere to the organic combination of autonomy, rule of law, rule of virtue and rule of wisdom.From the perspective of governance objectives, the social governance community should carry out actions in accordance with the relevant requirements of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.From the perspective of governance purpose, social governance community should keep the society in a good state of good governance.From the perspective of governance principles, a community of social governance should be built and Shared.To further explore the building of a community of social governance in the new era, we must pursue both theory and practice.The contribution of this study lays a theoretical foundation for the comprehensive and profound understanding of social governance community.
