Abstract: As the key to the prosperity and development of the Chinese nation, the construction of ecological civilization is of great significance for enhancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. As an important component of this grand blueprint, environmental governance in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region should have served the overall development of the country. However, due to issues such as the destruction of the business environment by "sports style" governance, lack of incentive mechanisms, inadequate compensation mechanisms for regional ecological protection, and insufficient coordination of enterprise supervision, the participation of private enterprises in environmental governance in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is not high, making it difficult for them to fully play their due role. The solution to the aforementioned dilemma lies in building a "four in one" environmental collaborative governance path, namely establishing an enterprise ecological reputation system and optimizing the business environment; Establish a collaborative governance incentive mechanism for enterprises to unleash endogenous power; Establish a sound ecological protection compensation mechanism and enhance the enthusiasm for participating in collaborative governance; Strengthen the environmental supervision of private enterprises, form a governance synergy, and better promote the coordinated governance of environmental ecology in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, providing new impetus for regional coordinated development in China.
