Abstract: Promoting the development of regional integration is one of the major development strategies in the new era, and regional judicial integration is its key content. However, the current environmental justice in China is based on administrative divisions, and the artificial division of administrative divisions separates the integrity of the ecological environment, resulting in frequent cross-regional environmental justice problems, and the regional problems of environmental justice are becoming increasingly prominent and need to be solved urgently. Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the starting point, the author probes into the practical problems encountered in China's cross-regional environmental justice, and proposes to further improve the trial process on the basis of the information cooperation mechanism and the establishment of a cross-administrative division inspection system as the framework. build a diversified dispute resolution mechanism. In order to achieve the five strategic goals of cross-regional environmental justice, which are information sharing, construction systematization, import convenience, process specialization and export diversification, it is expected to be beneficial to the development of regional environmental justice integration.
