我国高校资助育人的现状、困境及路径选择

  • 摘要: 我国高校学生资助人数多,资助金额增长迅速;助学贷款条件放宽,贷款金额占比大;资助形式呈多样化发展趋势。实现教育脱贫的真正核心在于从根本上激发和提升学生的造血能力,发挥资助育人的潜能与价值。在实际工作中,我国高校学生资助育人实践面临一系列复杂多样的困境,“资助”与“育人”本末倒置,重工具理性,轻价值理性;重物质资助,轻精神资助;重资助结果,轻育人效果,“扶贫”与“扶智”、“扶志”尚未达到良好的同频共振。为此,我们要以“三全育人”理念为指导,加强理论研究,协同推进实践发展和理论创新;建立积极的人文关怀体系,彰显资助育人温度;资助与育人相结合,提升学生全面发展的能力,真正发挥好资助育人效果。

     

    Abstract: In China, there are a large number of university students receiving funding, and the amount of funding has increased rapidly; the conditions for student loans have been relaxed, and the amount of loans has taken up a large proportion; the funding forms have shown a diversified trend. The real core of achieving education poverty alleviation lies in fundamentally stimulating and enhancing students' hematopoietic ability, and exerting the potential and value of Funding and Education. In fact, the practice of funding and education is faced with a series of complex and diverse dilemmas. "Funding" and "education" are inverted, focusing on tool rationality and neglecting value rationality; focusing on material funding and neglecting spiritual funding; focusing on funding results and neglecting education. Poverty alleviation" has not yet reached a good resonance with "supporting the wisdom" and "supporting the will". Therefore, we must take the concept of "three holistic education" as the guide, strengthen theoretical research, and coordinate the promotion of practical development and theoretical innovation; establish a positive humanistic care system to demonstrate the temperature of funding education; combine funding and education to enhance students' ability of overall development, and give full play to the effect of funding and education.
