新质生产力下我国高等院校青年人才培养成效评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Training effect of Young talents in Chinese colleges and universities under new quality productive forces

  • 摘要: 人才是高等院校新质生产力的创造者和使用者,是新质生产力生成中最活跃、最具决定意义的能动主体。本文从培养基础、科教质量、考核制度三个维度考虑15个指标,设计了高等院校青年人才培养成效评价指标体系及AHP-熵权法相结合的组合赋权模型,并选取A高校进行实证分析,结果表明,一级指标考核制度对高等院校青年人才培养成效评价具有正向影响,为发展新质生产力下的高等院校青年人才培养提供强大的人才支撑和智力支持。

     

    Abstract: Talent is the creator and user of new quality productivity in colleges and universities, and is the most active and decisive active subject in the generation of new quality productivity. Considering 15 indicators from the three dimensions of training foundation, science and education quality, and assessment system, this paper designed A combination empowerment model combining AHP-entropy weight method with the evaluation index system of the training effectiveness of young talents in colleges and universities, and selected A university for empirical analysis. The results showed that, The first-level index assessment system has a positive impact on the evaluation of the training effect of young talents in colleges and universities, and provides strong talent support and intellectual support for the development of new quality productivity.
