大学外语教育中的国家意识塑造与对外话语能力培养

Shaping National Consciousness and Cultivating Foreign Discourse Competence in Foreign Language Education

  • 摘要: 在新文科、大外语背景下,外语教育在培养具有“中国心,世界眼”高端复合型人才方面扮演着至关重要的角色。然而,受诸多历史遗留因素影响,当前外语教育存在国家意识和对外话语能力培养目标缺位、教材 “中国文化失语”、育人主体失力等诸多弊病。大学外语教育必须以问题为导向,加强顶层设计,将国家意识及对外话语能力培养纳入教学体系,优化外语人才培养的战略性目标体系;树立服务于国家战略的教材观,以中国实践为蓝本丰富并创新话语素材,加速构建具有中国特色的话语体系与叙事逻辑;深化课程思政建设,强化师生的国家意识与民族情感,提升育人能力与育人实效,培养和塑造具有家国情怀和国家意识的复合型外语人才。

     

    Abstract: Under the framework of New Liberal Arts and the Broader Foreign Language Discipline, foreign language education plays a crucial role in cultivating interdisciplinary talents with a “Chinese heart and global vision.” However, influenced by various historical factors, current foreign language education faces multiple issues, including the absence of national consciousness and foreign discourse competence as educational objectives, the “aphasia of Chinese culture” in textbooks, and limited effectiveness in cultivating well-rounded individuals. University foreign language education must adopt a problem-oriented approach, strengthen top-level design, and integrate the development of national consciousness and foreign discourse competence into the teaching framework to optimize the strategic goals for nurturing foreign language talents. It should establish a textbook philosophy that serves national strategies, accelerate the development of teaching materials, enrich and innovate discourse content based on China’s practices, and expedite the construction of discourse and narrative systems with Chinese characteristics. Additionally, it is essential to deepen ideological and political education within the curriculum, enhance the national consciousness and national sentiment of both teachers and students, improve educational effectiveness, and cultivate interdisciplinary foreign language professionals with a strong sense of patriotism and national awareness.
