Abstract: Science and technology play an important role in the pursuit of abundant material resources and free time, promoting the development of human history at a new level and height. From the perspective of Capital, science and technology played an important role in the capitalist production process, promoting the revolution of labor means, replacing manual tools with modern machine systems, and laying the foundation for the development of contemporary science and technology. Modern technology is a double-edged sword that, while promoting changes in human production and lifestyle, has triggered multiple social problems and dilemmas, such as technological alienation, ecological crisis, and ethical dilemma. These are all human issues that cannot be ignored in the application of modern science and technology. Based on this, it is necessary to eliminate the "care" of capital towards science and technology, establish a sound legal system for science and technology, and strengthen moral social guidance in order to minimize the negative influence of contemporary science and technology application and unleash the positive effectiveness of technological achievements.
