Abstract: The nature of capital subject under socialism with Chinese characteristics is historically prescribed. In the concrete historical context, capital has had the purpose of the holistic paradigm since its inception in the land of China. In the course of a special historical movement, socialist capital has become a historical tool for the growing socialist system in a “dynamics of the people’s wealth”. As the field of capital circulation, the socialist market economy has enabled capital to have the attributes of the general will of society in the process of circulation. The attributes of capital under socialism need to be used to find specific content support from the history of industry, currency, exchange and exchange in the three historical stages of China.
