思政课教师教学与科研相互支撑的困境、逻辑与对策

The Predicament, Logic and Countermeasures of Mutual Support between Teaching and Scientific Research for Teachers of Ideological and Political Courses

  • 摘要: 以教学促进科研,以科研反哺教学,是思政课教师的普遍共识,也是高校对思政课教师的基本要求。然而“重科研、轻教学”的学术评价导向、人才评价导向从整体上抑制了思政课教师的科研热情和教学投入,是教学与科研相互支撑的痛点和难点。提倡教学与科研相互支撑,还需要对有关逻辑前提进行反思。首先,教学与科研是两种性质不同的活动;其次,教学与科研相互支撑是有条件、有限度的;最后,科研对教学的支撑具有不同的形式和类型。提升思政课教师教学与科研相互支撑的力度,一要让思政课教师在教学方面有更多获得感,二要破除论文评价“唯核心”的枷锁,三要建立科研成果支撑思政课教学的机制。

     

    Abstract: It is the general consensus of ideological and political teachers to use teaching to promote scientific research and to feed back teaching with scientific research. However, the evaluation of "emphasizing scientific research and despising teaching" inhibited the research enthusiasm and teaching investment of teachers as a whole, which is the pain point and difficulty of mutual support between teaching and research. To advocate mutual support between teaching and scientific research, it is also necessary to reflect on the relevant logical premises. Firstly, teaching and scientific research are two activities of different nature. Secondly, mutual support between teaching and scientific research is conditional and limited. Finally, scientific research supports teaching in different forms and types. There are three measures to enhance the mutual support of ideological and political teachers' teaching and scientific research. Firstly, let them have more sense of gain in teaching. Secondly, break the shackles of "only the core" of thesis evaluation. Thirdly, establish a mechanism for scientific research results to support the teaching.
