Abstract: As to the concept of legal thinking among college students, it means that on the basis of studying legal knowledge, college students constantly establish their belief in the rule of law, and form a rational thinking of using rights and acting in accordance with the law, by understanding the principles, contents and characteristics of the legal operation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. It is a kind of socialist legal thinking. There is a strong necessity and significance for college students to establish and use the rule of law thinking. Due to the influence of many factors in our country, college students have more or less shown some deficiencies and scarcities in the process of establishing and using the rule of law-thinking. Only by unremittingly exploring and choosing the practice path and direction of the establishment and application of the law-based thinking of college students, can we provide long-term and effective support for their cultivation of the law-based thinking.
