Abstract:
Driven by the "Optimize business environment" policy, cross-border economic cooperation is bound to further development. Taking Erenhot and Manchuria as examples of cross-border economic cooperation zones established by the state, this paper explores the development of border trade in Inner Mongolia, and the resolution of the disputes through sorting out the border trade disputes accepted by the two regions. The development of the trade cooperation in the border areas between China, Mongolia and Russia is now presenting a sound, fast, and situation with great potential. But there are also many legal problems in the existing dispute resolution mechanism, which need to be solved urgently. Based on the analysis of the existing problems and reasons within Inner Mongolia border trade dispute resolution, this paper proposes solutions to the problems of separate agencies of border trade parties, extremely low arbitration rate and different legal documents applicable to disputes. In order to facilitate the resolution of border trade disputes, it is necessary to carry out diversified solutions to meet the needs of different subjects in border trade areas for fairness and efficiency.
