  • 摘要: 作为教育机制一种的爱国主义教育机制,可以采用现代组织理论与教育机制类型分析相结合的原则和方法,在机制系统内部进行创新。层次机制方面突出领导机制、组织机制、动力机制的层次分析和作用整合;形式机制方面充分发挥监督—服务式机制的同时,开拓性提出休闲—需要式、自助—发展式两种机制;功能机制方面辩证协调激励机制、制约机制、保障机制的辩证性发展和矛盾性统一。同时,高度重视爱国主义教育机制系统与环境的平衡协调,借助现代组织理论突出开放性团队、扁平化管理、柔性化分工、个性化特点,凸显爱国主义教育机制创新的新组织理论优势和特色。

     

    Abstract: As a kind of patriotism education mechanism, its innovation can adopt the principles and methods of the combination of modern organization theory and education mechanism type analysis. In the internal innovation of the mechanism system, creatively highlight the hierarchical analysis and function integration of leadership mechanism, organization mechanism and dynamic mechanism in the aspect of hierarchical mechanism; In terms of formal mechanism, while giving full play to the supervision service mechanism, it creatively puts forward two mechanisms: leisure need mechanism and self-help development mechanism; In terms of functional mechanism, it speculative puts forward the dialectical development and contradictory unity of incentive mechanism, restriction mechanism and guarantee mechanism. At the same time, we attach great importance to the balance and coordination between the patriotism education mechanism system and the environment, highlight the characteristics of open team, flat management, flexible division of labor and personalized characteristics with the help of modern organization theory, and highlight the advantages and characteristics of the new organization theory of patriotism education mechanism innovation.
