Abstract: Exploring the mechanisms and paths of mutual promotion between construction of the postgraduate party branch and improvement of scientific research capabilities will help promote the party building and talent training of graduate students in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should establish mechanisms as coordination, supervision and assessment, incentive and guarantee.
