Abstract: The innate foundation of China's ecological environment and the special modernization process determine the inevitability of China's Ecological Governance Dilemma. CPC has Proceeded from the ideological line of seeking truth from facts of Marxism, from the practical needs of the people and the long-term requirements of the development of the nation-state, and combined with the objective conditions of China's modernization development.
