The superior administrative pressure only played the role of problem revealer of e-government service, failed to play a positive role, and the cities of e-government service falling behind still lag. The service orientation of enterprises had significant influence, while livelihood service orientation and government transparency have no significant impact, and government reputation has only a limited impact. The above research provides new explanatory variables for the development of local government e-government services, with empirical evidence for its subsequent improvement.
