Abstract:
As power-selling side market of China is liberalized, power-selling companies need to develop diversified retail electricity price packages to meet the different needs of users. Referring to the experience of foreign market-selling market reforms, research on the retail electricity price package system will provide reference for the Chinese electricity sellers to formulate electricity price packages. This paper analyzes the reform process of Japanese retail market, studies the competitive strategies of Japanese retailers and typical electricity price packages, and uses radar charts to analyze the competitiveness of each price packages. From the perspective of package attributes and users' electricity characteristics, the paper analyzes the screening process of electricity price packages, and provides reference for the electricity price side users to select electricity price packages in China. Finally, the paper analyzes the enlightenment of the development of the retail electricity price package system in Japan's electricity sales market to the reform of China's electricity sales market.
