Abstract:
As a kind of paid financial aid,work-study increase confidence in their own ability to lift themselves out of poverty and see that they can access the education they need, and actively promotes the overall development of college students. This article relies on North China Electric Power University work-study financial aid education practice to build a long-term mechanism. The article elaborates the importance of the mechanism of work-study financial aid education in preventing families of economically disadvantaged students from returning to poverty, enriching the developing financial aid system, and further promoting the whole process of college students, and the principle of constructing the mechanism of work-study financial aid education. The article analyzes the content and relationship of the four basic elements of the mechanism of work-study financial aid education: the subject, the object, the medium and the ring. The article discusses the construction path of the operation mechanism, the assessment mechanism, the incentive mechanism and the guarantee mechanism in financial work-study aid education.
