高校勤工助学资助育人机制的构建及其路径以华北电力大学为例

The Construction and Its Path Exploration of the Work-study Financial Aid Education Mechanism in the New EraTaking North China Electric Power University as an Example

  • 摘要: 勤工助学作为一种有偿资助,实现了扶困与扶志扶智的有机结合,积极促进大学生的全面发展。本文依托华北电力大学勤工助学资助育人实践,构建勤工助学资助育人的长效机制。文中阐述了勤工助学资助育人机制在防止家庭经济困难学生的家庭返贫、丰富发展型资助体系、深入推进全员全方位全过程育人的重要意义,论述了构建勤工助学资助育人机制的原则。分析了勤工助学资助育人机制的主体、客体、介体和环体四个基本要素内容及关系。讨论了勤工助学资助育人机制中运行机制、考核机制、激励机制和保障机制的构建路径。

     

    Abstract: As a kind of paid financial aid,work-study increase confidence in their own ability to lift themselves out of poverty and see that they can access the education they need, and actively promotes the overall development of college students. This article relies on North China Electric Power University work-study financial aid education practice to build a long-term mechanism. The article elaborates the importance of the mechanism of work-study financial aid education in preventing families of economically disadvantaged students from returning to poverty, enriching the developing financial aid system, and further promoting the whole process of college students, and the principle of constructing the mechanism of work-study financial aid education. The article analyzes the content and relationship of the four basic elements of the mechanism of work-study financial aid education: the subject, the object, the medium and the ring. The article discusses the construction path of the operation mechanism, the assessment mechanism, the incentive mechanism and the guarantee mechanism in financial work-study aid education.
