Abstract: Rumors always accompanied the Han Dynasty. Politicians changed their fate because of rumors. The spread of many vicious rumors led to social panic. Rumors affected the political situation of the country by influencing the decision-making of key politicians. Facing the spread of rumors, the governments of the Han Dynasty and the Han Dynasty adopted different attitudes and means to guide and control the rumors in order to reduce the negative influence of rumors and public opinion.
