Abstract: In rural areas, rural aging problem has increasingly become one of the key issues in the process of Rural Revitalization. The development of rural finance, especially the inclusive development of pension finance, plays an active role in coping with the problem of rural aging. The implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provides a rare opportunity for the inclusive development of rural pension finance. This paper combs the current situation of the inclusive development of rural old-age finance, analyzes the driving role of the process of Rural Revitalization on the inclusive development of rural aging finance, focuses on the constraints of the inclusive development of rural aging finance, and puts forward countermeasures for the inclusive development of rural old-age finance in the process of rural revitalization.
