电力现货市场下火电企业实时成本研究

Research on Real-time Cost of Thermal Power Enterprises in Electricity Spot Market

  • 摘要: 我国电力现货市场交易全面展开,发电企业在现货市场竞价上网环境下,需要在每个竞价时段进行报价,这就要求发电企业改变原有成本管理模式,准确掌握参与竞价机组各时段的实时成本,为合理制定竞价策略奠定基础。鉴于此,本文依据火力发电运行特性对火电企业实时成本进行解构,建立实时成本测算模型并对各成本要素测算方法进行优选,利用案例分析验证实时成本测算方法的有效性,为火电企业参与电力现货市场报价提供成本管理思路与方法借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Electricity spot market trading is in full swing in China. Under the spot market bidding environment, power enterprises need to make quotations in each bidding period. This requires power enterprises to change the original cost management model, accurately grasp the real-time-cost of units participating in the bidding each period, and lay the foundation for reasonable bidding strategies. Therefore, based on the operating characteristics of thermal power generation, this paper deconstructs the real-time cost of thermal power enterprises, establishes a real-time cost calculation model and optimizes the calculation methods of each cost element, uses case analysis to verify the effectiveness of the real-time cost calculation model, and provides cost management ideas and methods for thermal power enterprises to participate in the electricity spot market quotation.
