我国核电发展的现状、问题与对策建议

Present Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Nuclear Power Development in China

  • 摘要: 根据国家发改委、国家能源局和中国工程院制定的政策目标,核电将成为我国的主要能源之一。事实上,核电没有绝对安全。一方面,核废料污染周期长达20万年,目前所有国家都无法解决这一问题;另一方面,我国的核安全立法和制度保障仍不到位。在国际上,放弃和淘汰核电是一种趋势。本文认为:我国利用核电,应该控制范围和规模。解决能源短缺的根本出路是,大力开发新能源,同时积极探索未来可用的新能源。

     

    Abstract: According to the policy of NDRC, NEA and CCAE,nuclear power will become one of the main energy sources in China. In fact, nuclear power is not absolutely safe. On the one hand, the pollution cycle of nuclear waste, which will last for 200,000 years, can not be solved in any country at present; on the other hand, our nuclear safety legislation and institutional safeguards are still not in place. Internationally, the abandonment and elimination of nuclear power is a trend. This paper holds that China should control the scope and scale of using nuclear power, and the fundamental way to solve the energy shortage is to vigorously develop new energy sources while actively exploring new energy sources available in the future.
