Abstract: The thought of Chinese Nation Community put forword due to the history, present situation and future dimensions of the Chinese nation and ethnic issues. Chinese Nation Community is based on Marx's community thought, there is a commonality between Chinese Nation Community and Marx's community thought in philosophical foundation and logical thinking. However, because of their different historical orientation and actual situation, there are differences in concept connotation, problem domain and value target between the two. The difference between Chinese Nation Community and Marx's community thought is not an essential difference, but it is a difference based on inheritance, and the two have the same continuity. Chinese Nation Community is the inheritance of Marx's community thought, as well as the development and innovation of Marx's community thought.
